1. Members should try there absaloute best to post in the right forum members who continue to post in the wrong forum will be given warnings.
2. Members should use a sutiable title a title that is not suitable are things like OMG And A Suitable title is something like Look What i Found.
3. Members Are Asked To Not Act As A Backseat Moderator This Means Telling People That It Is The Wrong Forum This IS The Staffs Job And They May Take The Apropriate Action If You Feel Something Is Wrong Then Please Report And it Will Handeled.
4. Members Should Remember That This Forum Does Have Verry Young Kids Anything Posted That Is Unsuitable Will be A Immediate Ban. All Links That May Be Posted Will Have To Be COnFirmed By The Admin So Please USe Contact At The Bottom Of The Page.
5. Members Are Asked To Respect The Forum Images WHich Means Not Copying Them.
6. Members Should Remember To Post In A Correct Manor Such As Members Who Shout At People A Lot Use Lots Of Smileys Write In Caps All The Time Will be Warned If It Carrys On Then It Will Mean A Ban.
7. Impersonating others is not allowed. This not only includes VFKFF staff, but it also includes pretending to be another forum member. This will not be tolerated and will lead to an immediate ban.
8. Making Multiple Accounts Will Not Be Tolerated If This Is The Case It Will Mean And Imediate Ban If You Have Lost Your Password Click I Forgot My password And The Forum Will Send You A Password.
9. Members SHould Not Argue With People Such As In trade Threads Saying This Is Not A Fair Trade. This Is Considered Flaming Others.
10. Advertisements Will Also Not Be Tolerated Nore Will Spam This Will Lead To An Imediate Ban.
What is Spam You Ask?
It is the flooding of the forum, chat or PM, with many copies of the same message or message content, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Other examples of spam are: posting in a topic to disrupt the subject of the thread; advertising your personal forum, blog, web site etc.; sending PM's to other members with your advertising; posting needlessly to boost your post count or bumping threads (see 24 hr bumping rule #14 ). The use of quick replys such as -- "OMG, Yes, etc." to boost post count is also considered spam.
11. The staff team reserves the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points, is up to Staff Members and not users. Public posts debating these rules and/or moderators' enforcement of such, will be removed without comment. We encourage feedback however and invite you to PM a staff member if you have any questions or concerns.
12. The above forum rules, where applicable, also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revocation of private messaging.
13. Signatures may contain two(2) images, no more than 250 pixels high, 450 pixels wide. Signatures are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect to spam,emoticons, and so on.
14. 24 hour bumping rule of a topic is a follows: you must wait 24 hours to bump the topic and/or post again in that topic. (use the edit button, if you have to add to your post) You may only bump your own topics ONCE every 24 hours, you may not have your friends bump your topic via spam (see rule #10). You can however, respond to others in your post.
NOTE: If you need to add to your last post, and no-one has posted after you you can use the EDIT button Ths is located at the bottom right of your post.
15. Members using Our Chat are subject to the same rules listed above. Exception: you can use colored text, boldface type, and some emoticons.
16. Members may not discuss Emails Msn Aim Etc,religion or politics in the forums; these topics are highly controversial and can easily lead to fights. This also applies to the Private Messaging system.
Advisory: It is Not safe to discuss age or any personal information on internet/chat, PM or forums .
These rules may be amended at any time, it is your responsibility to ensure you stay up to date with the rules.
Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning being applied to your account however this is at the discretion of the staff member. Any disputes against any warning needs to be taken up with Dustybunniy. Five warnings will result in the termination of your account and ip addresses. Depending on the severity of the offense a direct termination or suspension may result.
